Woke up this morning feeling excited about the cleanse and to be focusing on what I am going to be putting into my body.
Smoothie: frozen banana strawberries and blueberries 2 iced cubes flax oil 2 scoops of SP Cleanse and flax oil. Oh my goodness this tastes so good and healthy.
Working two shifts today.
At 2PM I am feeling pretty sluggish and feel like curling up into a corner and napping. Ah, but the day must go on. Tanya ordered us salads from the Plant Organic in Steiner St. and afterwards Im getting a second wind.
In the evening, I took care of a lot of people and I felt so present with everyone. People really felt held and there was a lot of connection and opening in the entrainment room.
Came home took a bath with rose petals and sea salts.
Made butternut squash with black wild rice avocado and flax oil and all those yummy good fats helped me feel satiated and good overall.

Day 1
It's Sunday morning and I have already done all of my shopping for this cleanse and weaned myself off caffeine. I have been getting ready for this cleanse mentally for about two weeks already and am glad its finally here.
We had a Kangen water filter donated to Magnolia Wellness Center to use during the purification process. I filled up 2 jugs and brought them home for the weekend.
So, it's Sunday. I feel ready to start. Since this is my 3rd time doing this cleanse I know what to expect. There are a lot of supplements. I remember being slightly overwhelmed by that the first time. For the 1st 7 days-24 supplements a day. The great thing about that is that they are easily digestible capsules packed FULL with high quality power foods and herbs to cleanse the body=organs glands vital tissues. It would take all day to eat the equivalent...so, I am happy they are packaged neatly in these lil' capsules.
Today I made a shake with my pre-frozen banana's and strawberries. I added cold pressed flax oil and the soluble fiber-since we amended the cleanse a bit-we are only taking one insoluble with the cleanse capsules.
I made a salad for lunch and added sliced pear. It added a nice flavor and texture.
For dinner I baked an acorn squash-just enough to be able to spoon it out and I blended it with fresh nutmeg and put it over 1/2c black wild rice. It was great and I really noticed myself 'tasting' my food and all of the dimensions of the texture and flavor. It also felt great to cook at home. I get so busy that I forget how good it feel to slow it all down and nourish myself.
For exercise today I did the Bar Method video at home and then meditated for 20 minutes
